Yoga Therapy practicum sessions provide a confidential environment where Hollie Lloyd, experienced registered yoga teacher (E-RYT) and therapist (C-IAYT) in practicum, collaborates closely with the client and her mentor over the course of five (5) sessions to offer personalized therapeutic practices tailored to meet individual needs. They include specialized yoga techniques and ayurvedic practices customized to address specific physical, mental, or spiritual health concerns. The goal is to support healing, alleviate symptoms, enhance well-being, and empower clients with skills to manage their health.
